Incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 3 January
2005 as a private limited company under the name of VisDynamics
Holdings Sdn Bhd, we commenced business on 13 January 2005.
Subsequently, on 25 January 2005 we were converted to a public limited
company and have since assumed our present name.
